Lack of sleep accumulated over time into serious heart related problems till I was forced to let go and get sleep or die. I had a difficulty to sleep one hour straight. Choice of baking pots was reduced by mother to most poisonous(highly recommended by police and neighbours as best - still good to use) and I didn't realise it on time. Upon changing pots and taking time to sleep, I got rather heathy sleep pattern during last three days. Close to 8 hours a day. I think, I somehow missed meeting with death for inches.
